Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Croydon - SEN School - £95-£115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN required. Experience working with autism, SLD, PMLD or complex needs desirable. Must be confident supporting communication, behaviour and learning. Required full time ASAP.

The Role - Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Seeking a patient and proactive Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and work towards their EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs, promoting independence, encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a structured and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
