The Role:
Seeking a creative and adaptable SEN Art Teacher to deliver a personalised, engaging art curriculum for young people aged 16-22 with autism and associated complex needs. You will teach small groups, tailor activities to individual EHCP outcomes and use art as a tool to support communication, emotional regulation, confidence and independence. The role involves creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment, encouraging self-expression and skill development while preparing learners for adulthood. You will work closely with therapists, care and pastoral teams to support holistic progress.
