Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN required. Experience working with autism, SEMH or complex needs desirable. Must be confident supporting behaviour, communication and learning. Required full time ASAP.

Seeking a patient and proactive SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 5-18 with a range of special educational needs including autism, SEMH and associated communication needs. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, follow routines and make progress towards EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting behaviour, promoting independence and contributing to a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.

This specialist provision is located in the London Borough of Bromley and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station.
