The Role:
Seeking a proactive and resilient SEN Classroom Support Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work within the classroom alongside the teacher, providing targeted 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils access learning and achieve their individual EHCP outcomes. The role involves promoting positive behaviour, supporting emotional regulation and maintaining a calm, structured and safe learning environment where pupils can re-engage and make meaningful progress.
