Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 in a specialist SEMH setting in Southwark, London. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support.
You will help pupils regulate emotions, implement behaviour support plans and use de-escalation techniques, working with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff.
The post is full-time with an immediate start and a daily rate of 100–120 GBP, depending on experience.
