The Role - SEMH Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Seeking a resilient and proactive SEMH Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 within a specialist SEMH setting. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour and engage with learning.
The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, supporting pupils during periods of dysregulation and promoting positive behaviour throughout the school day.
