Pastoral Support Worker - Lewisham - SEN School - £100-£120 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or SEN required.
  • Experience working in a specialist or alternative provision desirable.
  • Must be confident supporting behaviour, wellbeing and emotional regulation.
  • Required full time ASAP.

The Role:

Seeking a compassionate and proactive Pastoral Support Worker to support pupils aged 11-19 with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, autism and associated behavioural needs. You will work closely with pastoral and teaching teams to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage emotions, improve behaviour and engage positively with school life. The role involves supporting emotional regulation, delivering intervention programmes, liaising with families and contributing to a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.
