Student Support Officer required for a mainstream secondary school in the London Borough of Haringey, with an ASAP start after half term. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students’ behaviour, attendance, wellbeing and engagement across the school.

You will work closely with pastoral leads, teaching staff and parents to help students overcome barriers to learning and remain focused within the classroom environment. The role will involve managing behaviour interventions, mentoring students and supporting the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies. Previous experience working within a school or similar youth-based setting is essential.
