Salary: £90 - £110 a day (depending on experience)

Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN or SEMH needs required.

Experience working in an alternative provision or SEN school desirable.

Must be confident supporting behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation.

Required full time ASAP.

The Role:

Seeking a committed and resilient SEN Classroom Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work within a classroom setting alongside the teacher to support learning, behaviour and engagement, assisting pupils on a small-group and 1:1 basis as required. The role involves supporting emotional regulation, promoting positive behaviour and helping to maintain a calm, structured and safe learning environment where pupils can re-engage with education.
