The Role:
Seeking a committed and resilient SEN Classroom Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work within a classroom setting alongside the teacher to support learning, behaviour and engagement, assisting pupils on a small-group and 1:1 basis as required. The role involves supporting emotional regulation, promoting positive behaviour and helping to maintain a calm, structured and safe learning environment where pupils can re-engage with education.
