The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a KS1 pupil with ADHD, providing one-to-one support to help them access learning, develop independence and build positive relationships. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to follow tailored support plans, encourage engagement and promote the pupil's academic, emotional and social development. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing and proactive, with a genuine commitment to supporting children with additional needs. Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
