The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with ADHD, helping them access learning and develop their academic and social skills. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will use appropriate strategies to support learning, encourage positive behaviour and help the pupil overcome challenges during the school day. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive and resilient, with a genuine commitment to supporting children with SEN. Previous experience working with complex needs is highly desirable.
