The Role
Seeking an SEN Teacher to deliver a highly differentiated and personalised curriculum for pupils with moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs within a nurturing specialist setting. You will teach small classes, adapt learning to individual profiles, contribute to EHCP targets and embed structured routines that promote communication, independence and confidence. The role involves close collaboration with therapists, residential and pastoral teams, supporting emotional regulation, social development and life skills, while maintaining a safe, consistent and positive learning environment where every pupil can make sustained progress.
