The Role – Unqualified SEN Teacher
- Seeking a confident and dedicated Unqualified SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 4‑19 within a specialist setting.
- Responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet a range of special educational needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs.
- Work towards EHCP outcomes, promote independence, manage behaviour positively and create a structured and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can make meaningful progress.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and senior staff to ensure pupils receive high‑quality support.
