A full-time opportunity has become available for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Tower Hamlets. This long-term role is available for a September start and offers a competitive daily rate of £90 to £110, depending on experience.
The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have experience supporting children with SEN and personal care needs.
As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework. You will help create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support, including working with pupils with additional needs. Experience with personal care is essential, as you will support children with daily routines and care requirements. You will assist with observations and assessments, support children's social and emotional development, and help implement strategies to support pupils with SEN.
