The Role - PRU Teacher
Seeking a resilient and engaging PRU Teacher to support pupils aged 11-16 within an alternative provision setting. You will teach small classes, deliver a differentiated and engaging curriculum and support pupils who may present with behavioural challenges, SEMH needs and disrupted educational backgrounds. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, supporting emotional regulation and creating a structured, positive and supportive learning environment where pupils can re-engage with education and make progress.
