SEN Teaching Assistant - Southwark - SEN School - £95-£115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - September Start
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN required. Experience working with autism, SLD or complex needs desirable. Must be confident supporting communication, behaviour and learning.
The Role
Seeking a patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-19 with a range of special educational needs including autism, severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, follow routines and work towards EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting communication development, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.
