Job Summary

SEN LSA – Greenwich – SEN School – £95‑£115 per day (depending on experience). Full Time, Immediate Start.

Key Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN.
• Experience working with autism, SLD, PMLD or complex needs desirable.
• Confident supporting communication, behaviour and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils aged 4–19 within a specialist setting.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide 1:1 and small‑group support.
• Help pupils access learning and work towards EHCP outcomes.
• Support pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs.
• Promote independence, encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a structured and inclusive learning environment.
