Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Intervention Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a PRU setting. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to deliver targeted interventions on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and re-engage with education.

The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, tracking pupil progress and supporting reintegration into mainstream or further education pathways.

This pupil referral unit is located in the London Borough of Lewisham and is within walking distance of a nearby London Overground station. The provision supports pupils who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion, offering personalised learning, structured behaviour support and strong pastoral care. The school was judged 'Good' at its most recent Ofsted inspection in 2023.
