A successful mainstream secondary school in an Inner London borough is seeking to appoint a reliable and proactive Exams Administration Officer to join their team from September on a long-term basis. As the successful Exams Administration Officer, you will support the planning, organisation and administration of all internal and external examinations, ensuring they are conducted in line with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing examination timetables
  • Organising exam materials
  • Liaising with invigilators
  • Maintaining accurate student records
  • Processing examination entries
