About the Role
In this role, you will work as an Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils in the Early Years setting who require additional support with their learning, communication, and development. You will play a key role in helping children build confidence, develop social and emotional skills, and access learning through play-based activities. You will provide consistent support, both on a 1:1 basis and within small groups, adapting activities to meet individual needs. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff to implement tailored strategies and interventions.
