The Role - Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant:
- Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist setting.
- You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour and engage positively with learning.
- The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, supporting pupils during challenging situations and promoting a safe, structured and positive learning environment.
