The Position - SEN LSA A welcoming primary school in Lambeth is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN LSA to join their team as soon as possible.You will provide 1:1 support to a pupil with ASD, helping them access learning, communicate effectively and feel settled and confident within the classroom. The role will involve supporting the pupil with their academic progress, social development, emotional regulation and independence throughout the school day.The ideal candidate will be someone who is patient, proactive and able to build a genuine rapport with pupils. You will need to be confident adapting your approach to suit the child's individual needs and working closely with the class teacher and SEN team to ensure consistent support.Experience with visual timetables, sensory strategies, communication support or positive behaviour approaches would be highly advantageous.
