The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a Year 2 pupil with ASD, helping them engage with lessons, develop social skills, and achieve their learning goals. Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO, you will implement personalised strategies to meet the pupil's individual needs and encourage their independence. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting children with complex needs. Previous experience supporting pupils with ASD is preferred.
