The Role:
- Seeking a skilled HLTA to support teaching and learning for pupils aged 11-16 in a specialist school setting.
- The role includes planning, delivering and adapting structured lessons and targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
- You will prepare differentiated resources, lead learning sessions in the classroom, support pupils to remain regulated and engaged and provide cover for lessons where required.
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will help monitor progress, contribute to assessments and reports, support behaviour management strategies and maintain consistent routines to create a calm, supportive learning environment.
