The Role
A mixed, mainstream secondary academy in the London Borough of Harrow, rated Good by Ofsted, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join their Performing Arts department from September 2026. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on experience. The Performing Arts department is well resourced, collaborative, and supported by strong leadership, with a clear focus on creativity, engagement, and high standards of teaching and learning.
The school is looking for a teacher with strong classroom and rehearsal management skills, high expectations of students, and the ability to foster confidence and creativity in learners. ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply, and the academy offers a supportive induction programme alongside ongoing CPD.
The successful candidate will be paid on the Outer London MPS/UPS, in line with experience, and will join a welcoming academy community that values professional development and staff wellbeing.
