The Role - Year 1 Teacher
- Take responsibility for a class of 27 pupils.
- Deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel supported and motivated to learn.
The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management, a genuine commitment to pupil development, and previous KS1 teaching experience. QTS is required for this role.
