Seeking a resilient and proactive SEMH LSA to support pupils aged 5-16 within a specialist SEMH setting. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour and engage positively with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour support strategies, supporting emotional wellbeing, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a structured and supportive learning environment where pupils can thrive both academically and socially.
This specialist provision is located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station. The school supports pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, many of whom have experienced barriers to learning and disrupted education.
