Behavioural Pastoral Lead - Greenwich - PRU / Alternative Provision - £130-£170 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start
Previous experience in a school-based behaviour or pastoral role required. Experience working within a PRU or alternative provision highly desirable. Must be confident leading behaviour interventions, de-escalation and safeguarding support. Required full time ASAP.

The Role - Behavioural Pastoral Lead:
- Seeking a resilient and proactive Behavioural Pastoral Lead to support pupils aged 11-16 within a PRU setting.
- You will work closely with senior leadership, safeguarding teams and teaching staff to oversee behaviour support, emotional regulation and pupil wellbeing across the provision.
- The role involves leading targeted behaviour interventions, managing reintegration plans, responding to behavioural incidents, supporting pupils at risk of exclusion and liaising with families and external agencies.
- Strong behaviour management, leadership skills and school-based pastoral experience are essential.
