We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative English & Media Studies Teacher to join a secondary academy and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages. You will inspire students through literature, language, and media, developing their analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.

The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge in both English and Media Studies, excellent classroom management, and the ability to motivate learners of all abilities. This good, mixed mainstream secondary school based in Havering caters to students aged 11 to 16 with a total of 941 students on site. The school itself opened back in 2016 with a strong emphasis on parental support where parents, students and staff work collaboratively to aid progression. With its last Ofsted inspection graded Good in May 2019 they were able to create an enjoyable, warm, friendly environment for students/staff to work and develop in.
