I am currently working with a welcoming SEN secondary school based in the London Borough of Enfield who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will support students with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. Your role will involve running small group interventions, supporting students on a 1:1 basis, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
