The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting 1 Year 3 pupil with ASD, helping them access learning and build confidence within the classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support that meets the individual needs of that child. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel encouraged and supported. Previous experience working with SEN pupils, particularly ASD, is highly desirable.
