As the successful candidate, you will work closely with students across KS3 and KS4, providing emotional, behavioural, and academic support to help them engage positively with school life. You will build positive relationships with students, monitor attendance and punctuality, deliver targeted interventions, support behaviour management strategies, and work alongside Heads of Year, safeguarding staff, SENCOs, and external agencies where required. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, improving attendance, and ensuring students feel safe, supported, and motivated to succeed.
