The Role
A mixed, mainstream secondary academy in the London Borough of Brent, rated Good by Ofsted, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic DT Teacher to join their Design & Technology department from September 2026. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Design & Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on experience and specialism.
The DT department is well resourced, collaborative, and supported by strong leadership, with a clear focus on high standards of teaching and learning. The school is looking for a teacher with good behaviour management, high expectations of students, and the ability to create a positive and purposeful learning environment.
ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply, and the academy offers a supportive induction programme alongside ongoing CPD. The successful candidate will be paid on the Outer London MPS/UPS, in line with experience, and will join a welcoming academy community that values professional development and staff wellbeing.
