Site Supervisor Manager - Croydon - Secondary School - £150-£220 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

Previous experience in school site management or facilities management required.

Experience managing health & safety, contractors and premises maintenance essential.

Must be confident leading a site team and ensuring the school remains safe and compliant.

The Role - Site Supervisor Manager:

  • Seeking an organised and proactive Site Supervisor Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy secondary school site supporting pupils aged 11-18.
  • You will be responsible for managing the premises team, ensuring the site is safe, secure and well maintained, and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance.
  • The role includes supervising contractors, carrying out health and safety checks, ensuring statutory compliance, managing site security, coordinating cleaning and maintenance schedules and supporting the smooth operation of the school.
  • You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming and efficient learning environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
