The Role - Site Supervisor Manager:
- Seeking an organised and proactive Site Supervisor Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy secondary school site supporting pupils aged 11-18.
- You will be responsible for managing the premises team, ensuring the site is safe, secure and well maintained, and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance.
- The role includes supervising contractors, carrying out health and safety checks, ensuring statutory compliance, managing site security, coordinating cleaning and maintenance schedules and supporting the smooth operation of the school.
- You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming and efficient learning environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
