SEN Teaching Assistant - Croydon - SEN School - £95-£115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN required. Experience working with autism, SLD, PMLD or complex needs desirable. Must be confident supporting communication, behaviour and learning.

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Seeking a patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting.
- You will work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and work towards their EHCP outcomes.
- The role involves supporting pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs, promoting independence, encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a structured and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
