The Role - HLTA Seeking a confident and proactive HLTA to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions, provide whole-class cover and support pupils across a range of abilities. The role involves leading learning activities, supporting behaviour management, monitoring pupil progress and helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. You will play a key role in supporting pupils to reach their academic and personal potential.
