Behaviour Mentor - Croydon - Secondary School - £100-£120 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs required. Experience working in a secondary school, PRU or alternative provision desirable. Must be confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies. Required full time ASAP.

The Role - Behaviour Mentor:

  • Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting.
  • You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who require additional behavioural intervention.
  • The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning.
  • You will act as a positive role model, encouraging attendance, resilience and positive behaviour throughout the school day.
