A fantastic opportunity has become available for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets. This full-time, long-term role is available for a September start and offers a competitive daily rate of £95 to £120, depending on experience. The school is seeking a passionate early years professional who is committed to supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing during the crucial early stages of education.
Do you hold a Level 3 (or above) Childcare qualification, or a relevant degree in Early Years, Education, or Child Development? Do you have experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting? As a Nursery Nurse, you will work within the school's Early Years provision, supporting children through a range of engaging, play-based activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Working alongside the class teacher and EYFS team, you will help to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
The role will involve supporting children's learning and development, carrying out observations, contributing to assessments, and encouraging pupils' communication, social, emotional, and physical development. You will also assist with classroom routines, promote positive behaviour, and build positive relationships with colleagues and parents to ensure every child receives the highest standard of care and education.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare, or a relevant degree in Early Years, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related subject, and will have a genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
This friendly and inclusive primary school is committed to providing an outstanding start to every child's educational journey. The school offers a supportive leadership team, excellent resources, and ongoing professional development opportunities, making it an excellent environment for both experienced Nursery Nurses and graduates looking to build a career in Early Years education.
