Behaviour Mentor required in Hackney for an immediate start to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with challenging behaviour.

Must have prior experience with children with challenging behaviour.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working closely and supporting pupils in KS1 and KS2 who present challenging behaviour. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing and proactive, implementing strategies that support pupils in developing constructive behaviour patterns and improved social skills.

The school is based in the borough of Hackney, approximately an 8 minute walk from the nearest train station. It is a mixed gender primary school catering for pupils aged 3 to 11 years old, providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. There is a strong focus on wellbeing and inclusive practice, ensuring every child feels safe, respected and motivated to succeed.
