Qualiteach Education Group Ltd in Bromley is seeking a resilient Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 in a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted support for pupils who require additional behavioural intervention.
You will support students in lessons, implement behaviour strategies, promote emotional regulation and use de-escalation techniques while helping pupils remain engaged.
