Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to join a secondary school in London.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils aged 11-16, implementing behaviour strategies, using de-escalation techniques and promoting emotional regulation within a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Immediate start available; this is a full-time role supporting students with behavioural and SEMH needs across the school day.
