Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor / 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a Lewisham primary school, starting in September.
You will provide focused 1:1 support to a pupil with challenging behaviour, build trust, identify triggers, and help the child regulate emotions so they can engage in lessons. Collaborating with the class teacher, SENCO and pastoral team, you will help deliver consistent support across the school day.
