About the Role
In this role, you will work as a 1:1 Learning Mentor, supporting a pupil who needs extra help to access the curriculum and stay focused in lessons. You will play a key role in helping the child build confidence, develop their skills, and make progress in their learning. You will provide consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day, encourage independence and a positive attitude to learning, and work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff.
