A welcoming primary school in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to support a Year 3 pupil with ADHD and ASD from September. The successful candidate will work closely with the pupil throughout the school day, providing both academic and behavioural support to help them access learning and engage positively within the classroom environment.

You will be responsible for implementing behaviour strategies, promoting emotional regulation, supporting social interactions and helping the pupil develop confidence and independence. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and parents, you will play a key role in ensuring the pupil receives the support they need to thrive.

The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient and proactive, with previous experience supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviour.
