The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a KS1 pupil with ASD, helping them engage with learning, develop independence and grow in confidence.

You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement effective and personalised support strategies, encourage positive behaviour and promote both academic and social development.

The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding and adaptable, with previous experience supporting pupils with ASD or other complex needs.
