A little about us: Qualitas Consortium UK is an inspiring delivery partner for NHS England; alongside this, we have a rapidly expanding management consultancy service to general practice. This includes transformational change, organisational design, strategy development and implementation. Our sole reason for being is to not just empathise with those involved in the delivery of NHS primary care, but alleviate the difficulties and pains. Job purpose: We are looking for Facilitators who are willing to join our pool of Associates who we can call upon should any work become available. There may be opportunities to partner with GP practices to deliver a programme of excellence, when combined with your people skills and industry experience will deliver the highest level of organisational improvement. As a facilitator, you will need to be proactive, responsive, and agile given internal and external environmental variances. You will have the confidence to steer the client to be the best version of themselves by refining each and every area through process improvement and collaboration. There may be other opportunities within the broader consultancy services so please let us know your strengths. You must be prepared to travel as the practices are throughout the UK.
Our desirables:
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in a healthcare project environment
- Specialism with appropriate qualification (MBA, CIMA, CIPD, coaching, clinical, leadership development)
- Working knowledge of the Primary Care sector and General Practice
