We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Labourer to join our growing team at our Qualis Property Solutions office in Loughton, Essex. Do you love to collaborate and help businesses thrive? At Qualis as a Labourer you will be carrying out general labouring duties in support of various trades such as cleaning and preparing construction sites, loading and unloading materials and equipment, building and taking down temporary structures and assisting other skilled colleagues in their duties. This exciting opportunity will be based in Loughton, Essex. You will join us on a 2 month Fixed-Term full-time basis in return for a salary of £25,500 - £27,000 per annum. Salary will reflect your skills and knowledge. You will also receive other benefits including:
- Pension scheme contributions set at 7% of salary
- Life Insurance cover at 4 x your annual salary
- 25 days a year holiday, plus bank holidays
Your role and responsibilities:
- To carry out general labouring duties in a competent manner with the completion of works being to an acceptable standard, including undertaking “secondary trade” skills as required
- Clearance of furniture carpets and general household rubbish from properties (including trade rubbish)
- Cleaning and washing of cupboard units, drawers, worktops, floors, windows and bathroom suites in connection with void properties
- Loading of vehicle and transporting
