What you’ll do:
- Work closely with Sales to spot market trends, growth opportunities, and promotion ideas.
- Analyze market research to understand consumer behavior and track competitor activity.
- Plan, launch, and manage trade marketing campaigns and promotions to support product launches and deliver sales targets.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient, cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance to measure the impact of trade initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors.
- Support Sales teams with training and guidance on trade marketing strategy and execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of proven Trade Marketing experience in FMCG.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with strong independence and ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent English (speaking and writing).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious to succeed.
- Ability to travel when needed.
