What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with Sales to spot market trends, growth opportunities, and promotion ideas.
  • Analyze market research to understand consumer behavior and track competitor activity.
  • Plan, launch, and manage trade marketing campaigns and promotions to support product launches and deliver sales targets.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient, cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to measure the impact of trade initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors.
  • Support Sales teams with training and guidance on trade marketing strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of proven Trade Marketing experience in FMCG.
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with strong independence and ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious to succeed.
  • Ability to travel when needed.
