Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct thorough consultations, assessing clients\’ skincare needs and recommending personalized treatment plans.
- Mentor and support junior aestheticians, fostering professional growth within the team.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in compliance with clinic protocols and health regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate cutting-edge treatments into practice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Record client progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet individual goals.
Minimum Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years of experience as an Aesthetician in a high-end clinic or spa.
- Strong expertise in advanced treatments and skincare products.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Sales experience is advantageous, with the ability to recommend products and services effectively.
- Proficiency in health and safety regulations specific to the aesthetics industry.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3/4 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
- A valid UK aesthetician license or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of non-invasive procedures and skincare technology.
- Certifications in advanced skincare treatments or devices are a plus.
